How to Use:
- Shake well before using. You'll notice it gets cloudy. (If your product arrives looking this way, it was simply shaken during transit.)
- Saturate cotton ball
- Sweep on. Wipe off
- Rinse with cool water before reapplying makeup
- For long-wearing makeup, use the press and hold method: Saturate a cotton pad with this liquid makeup remover, then press and hold over lashes for 10 seconds before wiping away makeup
- Use the same method for long-wearing lipstick
