Refund policy

Return Policy:
- You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Returns will not be accepted after this period.
- Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached. Used items are not eligible for return.
- Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to unopened items in their original condition returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges. Shipping for returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues:
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away to resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items:
- Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on certain items. These include personal care products such as skincare, beauty items, and health-related goods. Once opened or used, these items cannot be returned due to strict hygiene regulations.
- Other non-returnable items include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.
- Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges:
- The quickest way to get a new product is to return the item you currently have, and once the return is processed, place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds:
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
